Delivery Locations

Depending on the products purchased, shipping is either from Brisbane or China.

We curretly ship oto all locations within Australia.

Handling Time

Goods are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing. The exceptions are pre-orders, backorders or cases where stock is not available. If stock is not available we will contact you and keep you updated.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies depending on location, generally you can expect:

• Goods sent from China: 5-10 business days
• Goods sent from Brisbane: 2-5 business days

Tracking

All our shipping methods include tracking and we will provide you with tracking numbers once the goods are sent.

We aim to provide simple and fair shipping prices. The shopping cart page includes a shipping calculator so it is clear what will be charged for shipping.
